Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) training is designed to help create a workplace where everyone feels respected, valued and able to contribute their best.
This session will explore how individual attitudes, organisational culture and everyday behaviours shape the experiences of colleagues and service users. By deepening our understanding of fairness, embracing the strengths that diverse perspectives bring and recognising our role in fostering an inclusive environment, we can build a culture where all people have equal opportunities to thrive.
