Our Social Media Forum is an informal discussion group which enables us to learn from each other, whatever your level of experience. Whether social media is your main role or part of your wider responsibilities, all are welcome and we value your experience.

• Are you new to social media or finding it overwhelming?
• Are you looking for fresh ideas and approaches?
• Are you comfortable with the basics but want to learn more?
• Do you have skills and successes you’re willing to share?

This forum brings all of the above together. Bring your queries, advice requests or successes to share – all in a supportive space.

Our next session on 6 January 2027 is all about Instagram. We will be looking at:

• How to get more people liking, commenting and sharing.
• What kind of content people find interesting, and what makes them stop scrolling.
• How to get colleagues involved and creating content.
• What has worked for you, and what has not.
• Anything else in between.

We would love you to bring examples to share, these may be posts you are proud of or ones that did not land as you had hoped.

Please join us if you us if you are brilliant at Instagram, you will have so much to share. If you know someone in your organisation who fits that description, please pass this on to them too.
