Our Social Media Forum is an informal discussion group which enables us to learn from each other, whatever your level of experience. Whether social media is your main role or part of your wider responsibilities, all are welcome and we value your experience.
- Are you new to social media or finding it overwhelming?
- Are you looking for fresh ideas and approaches?
- Are you comfortable with the basics but want to learn more?
- Do you have skills and successes you’re willing to share?
This forum brings all of the above together. Bring your queries, advice requests or successes to share – all in a supportive space.

Frequency: Quarterly, on the first Wednesday of the every third month (January, April, July and October).
New registration required from 1 April 2026
If you have previously registered for this forum, you will need to register again for this new cohort starting from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027. Once you have registered for this new cohort, you will be able to join future sessions up until 31 March 2027 using your new registration details.
