Resource Centre strategy and RNIB products

The session will be focussed on discussion around what the local resource centre service provision looks like now and what it could look like in the future. We will explore the associated benefits, costs and resource provisions required. This session follows on from previous members discussions with RNIB about the opportunities for selling devices at local resource centres that blind and partially sighted people can test and trial enabling people to access a more bespoke service where people are supplied with the right device at the right time.
The session will be in two parts.
- Part 1: This to only be attended by Visionary members senior management CEO.
- Part 2: To be joined by Justin Gould, Commercial Products Manager RNIB Retail.
Within the second part of the meeting, we will share our findings with RNIB and allow them the opportunity to comment or look at supportive measures that can allow for a more consistent provision throughout the Visionary membership.
