This quarterly forum is to support the development of local provision and to share and explore ideas for enhancing physical activity opportunities. We know the positive impact that even small amounts of physical activity can have on a person’s life.
We aim to develop sessions based on trends and new opportunities. We will also showcase different sports and activities available to blind and partially sighted people.
At the Visionary Annual Conference 2023, we hosted a panel session which explored the importance of collaborating to provide opportunities for blind and partially sighted people to become a little more active. As a result of this discussion we are delighted to have launched our new Physical Activity Forum in March 2024.
