A confidential peer support session for leaders and decision makers navigating uncertainty

This hour-long confidential session is suitable for CEO’s, trustees and senior staff of Visionary member organisations

Many local sight loss organisations are navigating an increasingly challenging landscape. Funding is becoming more competitive, demand for services continues to grow and, for some, the future feels deeply uncertain. These are not easy conversations, but they are conversations many leaders are already having or would like to have.

This confidential peer support session is for leaders, decision makers and trustees who would value the opportunity to come together with peers who understand the realities of leading in today’s environment. It offers a safe and supportive space to share experiences honestly, reflect on what these challenges mean both personally and professionally, and remind ourselves that we don’t have to face them alone.

Together, we will explore not only the realities of today’s environment but also the possibilities for the future. We will consider how organisations can support one another, think about options around deeper collaboration, shared services and, where appropriate, organisational merger, and create space for an open, respectful conversation about what sustainable leadership looks like in uncertain times.

Whether you are feeling optimistic, concerned, or simply want to hear how others are thinking about the future, you will be very welcome. We may not leave with all the answers, but we hope everyone will leave feeling better connected, supported and encouraged by the collective experience and wisdom of the Visionary network.
