This bitesize session will address the low rate of employment for blind and partially sighted people and what TPT are doing to try and change this. Martin Sigsworth, Amardeep Tokhi and Jeff Page will take you through the detail of TPT’s key three programmes, Works For Me, Get Set Progress and We Work. Participants will learn how the programmes work and how to refer into them.
The session will also discuss the role of Employment initiatives to promote an organisation’s appeal to working age, blind and partially sighted people.
