Equality Act: Employment – RNIB legal rights session

If you are a job applicant or an employee, you are protected from discrimination under the Equality Act 2010. You should not be discriminated against in the recruitment process or when you are at work. Employers must make reasonable adjustments for their disabled employees and job applicants.
This one-hour session will look at your rights at work as a disabled person, what support you can ask for and how to do this as well as what to do if you believe your employer is discriminating against you.
