Sarah Fitzgibbons is a Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) solicitor at Gateley Legal and mum to Annabelle 7, who has Cerebral Visual Impairment and Optic atrophy. Sarah supports families to navigate a complex system ensuring every child with SEND has all they need to be a happy student and reach their potential in all aspects of their lives.
Sarah will be talking to us about the legal difference between SEN support and EHCPs, how to obtain an EHC assessment, common myths about EHCPs, Annual Reviews and how professionals can best help families to get the right support in England.
