Visionary and Thomas Pocklington Trust are exploring the formation of a regular Customer Relationship Management (CRM) forum. The session would be open to colleagues from Visionary member and partner organisations.
Our aim is to create a supportive forum, where we can explore ideas, share challenges and ask for help! This would be open to all staff and it is not related to specific CRM system. It may be that you have questions about accessibility, have a new grant and want share ideas about recording data or you may be amazing at managing your CRM system and are happy to share your brilliance with other – whatever the reason for joining, you will be very welcome.
The agenda would focus on sharing best practice, problem solving, ways of working, advice and support, providing mutual support and to scope interest for future forums.
Our first meeting is on Tuesday 20 June at 2pm. The session will be hosted by Henry Dorling at Visionary, Ashfaq Azim at Thomas Pocklington Trust and Amy Pearman at Visionary.
