The Care Act introduced a national eligibility criterion that must be met in order to qualify for long term social care and support. This one-hour session looks at how VI clients can demonstrate that they meet the legal criteria for care and support and how they can best prepare for the assessment.
This one-hour session will provide tips and self-help resources for members to share with their service users and include time at the end for questions.
