Expert nonprofit recruiter Bruce Tait has spent nearly 20 years recruiting charity staff around the world.
In this session Bruce will share tips and techniques for charities looking to grow their team, and recruit staff who stick! He will cover ethical recruitment, recruitment advertising, how to work with a recruitment agency and how to onboard new staff.
About Bruce
Bruce Tait is a global expert on non-profit development and recruitment. He is the Founder of BTA (Bruce Tait Associates) – Scotland’s leading charity recruiter and he is widely recognised as a pioneer of ethical recruitment.
Bruce also runs recruitment agencies in South Africa, Ireland and Canada, all exclusively for charities.
Bruce is a former charity CEO and Director of Fundraising. He has served on the board of over a dozen charitable organisations, and last year received a Lifetime Contribution Award from the Chartered Institute of Fundraising, of which he is a Fellow. He is also a Fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Federation and an Honorary Life Member of the South African Institute of Fundraising.
