Volunteers Needed for Watersports Residential

‘VICTA are looking for volunteers to join us on our 18+ Paddle Start Watersport Residential, taking place from Monday 25 – Thursday 28 March in Tewkesbury. Staying locally and taking advantage of Tewkesbury’s local amenities, we will be spending two days on the water, with participants earning a British Canoeing Award, Paddle Start. The final morning of the residential will be spent on land with some ten pin bowling. This activity is ideal for volunteers who have an interest in watersports or would like to ‘dip their toe’ into it. During the Paddle Start course, volunteers will be paired with participants to support in boats on the water. Accommodation, food, activities and up to £50 in travel expenses is provided.
