4Sight Vision Support is a caring, trusted, and forward-thinking Charity which has over 200 talented and dedicated volunteers working together, giving their time and experience across West Sussex to support our work with blind and sight impaired people. We are searching for a part-time Volunteer Coordinator who enjoys working with people of all ages and backgrounds and who can build relationships with our existing volunteers and work with our services team to support our existing volunteer-led activities. You will be responsible for the advertising of volunteer vacancies, identification, and recruitment of new volunteers, and for the ongoing supervision, training, support, and retention, of volunteers across all 4Sight Vision Support services in the County.
You will be a natural communicator, committed, patient; a highly organised multi-tasker, able to work independently and as part of a team, and have previous experience managing or working with volunteers. If you have experience within the volunteer sector, then we would love to hear from you.
