Focus Birmingham is a leading charity in Birmingham and we are seeking an Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) Co-ordinator to join the Sight Loss Support Services department.
Providing a specialist service to those with multiple disabilities and a visual impairment. The IAG Co-ordinator will support people living with sight loss, and their families, by providing high quality Information, advice and guidance throughout Birmingham.
This role has three main areas of focus:
- Providing up to date quality, information advice guidance
- Facilitating living with sight loss education programme
- Supporting volunteer led IAG projects
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience of involving motivating and engaging with a variety of people in a variety of settings. Combined with a good positive and outgoing attitude with a confident approach to building and maintaining effective working relationships.
