Student Support Manager

We are looking for an experienced advice manager to help to move our Student Support Service on to the next level.
Our Student Support Service is there for blind and partially sighted students in or entering secondary, further or higher education. We provide impartial and high-quality information, advice and guidance to students, their families and carers and the professionals that support them.
Our service also provides high quality information and guidance on our website and runs events and workshops for students to support them to navigate their education journey.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced adviser who can help to grow our service and increase our reach so that we can support more blind and partially sighted students to get the most out of their education experience.
The successful candidate will be an experienced manager that motivates and leads their team by example. They will have proven record of building effective relationships with external partners and ideally knowledge of how secondary, further and/or higher education works.
