Service Manager

This is an exciting time for our Charity. Our Future Vision project has been successful in obtaining 5-year funding from the National Lottery. We are looking for a Service Manager to lead this transformative new project at the heart of our organisation. Working closely with the CEO, this is more than just a management role—it’s an opportunity to shape the future of our services and create lasting impact in the lives of those we support.
Who are We Looking For:
- A proactive leader with experience of managing teams, project management and community engagement.
- A passion for inclusion, accessibility, and empowering people with sight loss.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on implementation.
