This opportunity could be your next move towards work and is part of RNIB’s See Work Differently employment initiative, for people with sight loss to secure that first rung on the career ladder or to return to work following a career break.
We are looking for a well-organised individual to support the Advice Service Manager in managing team caseloads by accessing and summarising management information dashboards, preparing performance data in accessible formats, and collating statistics for reporting.
This role will involve daily monitoring of team activity via MS Teams to help identify areas needing managerial intervention, as well as note-taking during team meetings and tracking action points. Strong attention to detail and confidence with data and digital tools are essential.
This role is funded specifically for candidates who experience sight loss and are not in paid work – we are looking forward to receiving your application, if this applies to you. Previous placement holders need not apply.
