Hours: Full and Part time available
Salary: £28,000 pro rata, per annum
Are you somebody who would love to use your successful track record of working with volunteers, experience of partnership working and commitment to person-centred working practices? Do you have an awareness or understanding of sight loss and outstanding organisational and communication skills?
The post holders will work towards expanding and developing a sustainable peer support network for people living with macular conditions, within the selected area of England. They will act as a main contact for all our support services across the area. They will also be supporting, developing and at times facilitating meetings and events. They will recruit, retain and manage volunteers and occasionally support development throughout England. This post holder will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with relevant services in the particular area England.
We have 4 positions available, North East England, North West England, Central East England and Central South England.
