Salary: £27,715 per annum
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until March 2023

RNIB want to support as many people as possible with sight loss to find and stay in work. This is a great opportunity for you to make a difference and make a positive change to the concerning statistic that only one in four blind and partially sighted people of working age are in employment.

This rewarding role will see you co-ordinate the ESF funded employment project ‘Eye Work Too” in Northern Ireland. ‘Eye Work Too’ aims to reach and engage with people with sight loss who are unemployed. The project will help to address the high levels of unemployment amongst people with sight loss by enhancing their employability skills, IT skills and building confidence to find work.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a person who is enthusiastic about helping RNIB’s customers achieve their employment goal.

Experience of having worked with people with sight loss is not an essential requirement for this role.
