Vista changes lives. We are the leading local charity working with children and adults affected by sight loss.

Are you tech savvy and able to teach others?

We are seeking an organised and people – oriented coordinator to take our project forwards so more people affected by sight loss can access technology.

New technology and the development of sophisticated accessibility features have resulted in digital devices providing fantastic opportunities for people affected by sight loss. Our Digital Dynamos service supports people with visual impairment to get the most out of their devices, as well as offering a ‘try before you buy’ scheme. People can access peer-support to overcome any barriers to getting online and staying socially connected.

You will be an excellent communicator, and able to collaborate effectively to engage volunteers and external agencies with the project. You care about the possibilities technology can offer and have the skills to teach others.

What our community thinks

“I had heard of people with sight loss using the iPhone, but until I met Brian I didn’t realise how easy it would be”.
