Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £28,074 - £29,786 per year
Contract: 12 month fixed term

You will supervise the Production team ensuring a high-quality service is provided. This includes supporting the Production Team Leaders and Production Manager in conducting appraisals, recruitment, performance, and absence reviews.  You will also supervise the production of documents in the required accessible format to meet service level agreements. This will involve coordinating work from receipt to dispatch within Customer SLAs, ensuring quality standards and accuracy levels are consistently high and that security controls are maintained. This will also involve the testing and implementation of updates to systems and processes where necessary. The post holder will also be required to process original material into accessible formats as per individual customer requirements, to coordinate stocks of consumables and confidential waste disposal.
