Salary: £38,561-£42,910 per annum

We are looking to recruit an innovative individual from a health and/or social care background who can promote and support excellence within our Independent Living Team at Sight Scotland Veterans.

You will work with the Independent Living Workers to lead a programme of improvement, education and development which will help to strengthen and improve our service delivery to veterans with sight loss.

As a motivated, enthusiastic educator and skilled communicator, you will have prior experience of supporting Teams and individual practitioners to provide high standards of evidence based practice. You will be part of a high performing team which will lead the charity to continued success in meeting the aspirations of those who we support. Your role will involve supporting and educating the teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes.

If you have experience in health and/or social care, have an understanding of sight loss, practice education and feel you have the skills to grow and develop  new teams, then we would love to hear from you.

This role will be carried out under our blended homeworking policy, you will work from home and from either Head Office in Edinburgh or the Hawkhead Centre in Paisley. However, remote working will be considered for those located out with these areas.
