Learning Manager

Location: From home/Wolverhampton and throughout Beacon’s operating area
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £27,500 - £32,500
Beacon Vision are excited to offer this opportunity to manage and lead their learning, employment and training team and programmes. This is a growing team that has recently been successful in securing additional funding for new posts. Beacon’s Learning Team help support people in Wolverhampton, Black Country and Staffordshire living with sight loss or any other disabilities or barriers, to find work, improve their lives and undertake learning, employment or training programmes.
Working in collaboration with services across Beacon to provide integrated support for people impacted by sight loss, the successful candidate will be an effective project manager, able to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, as well as being proactive in seeking to develop new opportunities and funding streams.
