TNF are looking for a IT Support Engineer Administrator to assist with keeping our systems up and running.

Working alongside the Technical Trustee, they will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the services.

Required Qualities

  • Ability to provide first-line technical support to users via e-mail Support Ticket and occasionally by phone
  • Basic support experience for Windows, Android, iOS
  • Experience with the following Software:
    • Microsoft Office 365 Suite
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Zoom

Desirable Qualities

  • Basic WordPress experience
  • Basic Database experience

Commitment

This is a substantial role and requires at least some intervention on a regular basis (ideally every couple of days). It may be possible for two people to share parts of the role, but details of how that may work would need to be discussed on an case by case basis.
