Employment Officer, Beacon

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £23,868 per annum
Contract: Fixed term until 31/03/2023
The successful candidate will work solely on our Building Better Opportunities (BBO) Bridges programme which aims to assist people with visual impairments and other disabilities and/or barriers, to get ready to move into employment, further education/training or job search. You will deliver a wide range person centred programme, including training, social and life skills and recreational activities. Working with participants both face to face and remotely.
Previous experience in a similar role preferable; educated to equivalent Level 4 in either Care / Management / IAG, or a teaching / training qualification. Full Clean Driving Licence with business use insurance and access to vehicle due to travel required within the role.
