By providing community-based person centred information, advice and support services to people affected by sight loss, this role will enable people living with sight loss to achieve connection, choice and confidence, delivering the best outcomes for everyone.

We are excited to offer a passionate and dedicated individual the opportunity to join our team as a Community Sight Loss Advisor. This role is primarily based in Morecambe, where you will provide vital, community-based services to people affected by sight loss. Our aim is to reach individuals as early as possible in their sight loss journey, offering support that truly makes a difference to their lives.

From our Morecambe office, you will deliver in-person services while also providing remote support to individuals across North Lancashire and Sefton. In this role, you’ll help our service users build connection, choice, and confidence through Low Vision Assessments, Get Active programs, Life Skills classes, and technology support. You will be part of a team dedicated to enhancing the lives of people living with sight loss, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes.
