Community Lifestyle and Gym Coordinator

This role will develop, coordinate and deliver person centred programmes and activities for people impacted by sight loss. The successful candidate will lead and deliver group and individual support, activity and wellness programmes as well as planning and organising a range of enjoyable activities enabling members to achieve their personal goals and interests.
The role requires someone who has experience of working with people with disabilities or vulnerable adults and experience of assessing, planning, managing and delivering activities. Some evening and weekend work may be required so flexibility is important. This role will also involve the coordination and supervision of volunteers.
