Do you want to work for a charity using your skills and experience to make a real impact in the local community?
We are looking to recruit two Community Engagement Co-ordinators who will promote Sight for Surrey throughout the county; working with various partner organisations and groups within the community. They will support the work undertaken by the community and adult services teams at a borough/district level. This role would suit a compassionate, self-motivated individual with good time management, interpersonal and organisational skills. IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. The post holder will need to be able to travel to different boroughs in Surrey and occasionally to Head Office in Fetcham.
Sight for Surrey is an ambitious charity offering a lifetime of support to people who are blind or partially sighted, Deaf, deafblind or hard of hearing. Our mission is to support people to overcome their day-to-day challenges, achieve their potential and lead an independent life. We are a countywide charity based in Fetcham, near Leatherhead.
