Salary: £24,000-£26,000 FTE per annum
Contract: Permanent

The Children & Family Service Support Co-ordinator, is responsible for providing a range of services for visually impaired children, young people, parents and their families, along with spouses, partners, friends and carers in their own homes, over the phone, via video link, in an educational placement or at various events across Hampshire.

The Children & Family Service Support Co-ordinator, will play a key role in raising awareness of the work of Open Sight Hampshire’s Family Support Service and work in line with the Charity’s business plan and strategy implementation.

A background in the provision of services for sensory loss, education, disability and/or disadvantaged groups is desirable and a good all-round minimum education with GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.

Successful applicants will be required to undertake a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check and be prepared to drive throughout Hampshire as part of the role (out of pocket expenses will be reimbursed).
