With the need for their services due to rise, Glaucoma UK is looking for a dynamic, inspirational and supportive Chief Executive to work with their dedicated staff team. The CEO will review their strategic opportunities, develop a vision for the next three to five years and ensure that they have the resources, operations and people talent to achieve their goals. The CEO will review Glaucoma UK’s resources and, working closely with the senior management team, will oversee the development of the processes they need to ensure they are providing the most effective provision for the people that need them. The CEO will also support their fundraising work and develop their profile within the sight loss community and beyond.
