VisionPK, based in Perth, offers a range of services to people in Perth and Kinross who have sensory impairments. In February, we moved to a new Sensory Hub in Perth town centre as part of our strategy to meet growing need and develop services. This is an opportunity to join us at an exciting stage in our growth and take us to the next level!
Our current CEO will be retiring in a few months and we need someone to lead the next stage of our journey. We are looking for an inspirational leader who will champion our values, develop external partnerships and focus on achievement. The person appointed will be passionate about service improvement and have past success in securing income from a wide range of sources.
You will also need at least five years demonstrable experience in a sensior leadership role, operational experience in an organisation offering care services, experience of strategic planning and managing / supporting staff. This will complement your experience in leading and managing change and your knowledge of budgetary control and managing financial systems.
