We are looking to recruit a dynamic Chief Executive Officer to provide strong, inspirational leadership and direction for Cam Sight. The charity is going through an exciting time of development and growth as we look to expand our services across Cambridgeshire.
Cam Sight has recently received substantial additional funds and has embarked on an innovative project to raise the profile of the charity by relocating and redesigning our Cambridge centre. The new CEO would be involved in the project from the beginning and take through to fruition.
The successful candidate will be someone who passionately believes in and aligns with our values. They will be responsible for developing and directing our mission, through the provision of effective line management to the Senior Leadership Team, close collaboration with the supervisory Board of Trustees and our service users. They will demonstrate excellent strategic and commercial acumen developed in the charity or commercial world. We are looking for an innovative thinker to lead sustainable growth and galvanise our stakeholders in support of our vision to provide a first-class service.
