Now in their eleventh year, the awards recognise and celebrate the impactful services delivered by sight loss charities and the positive difference made to the lives of blind and partially sighted people.

Winners
The winners of each main category of award are selected by a member vote, which you are about to make, with the winners announced at our virtual awards ceremony as part of the Visionary Annual Conference on Friday 20 November 2020.
Each award winner receives £500, a trophy and branded electronic PR resources.

2020 shortlist
As in previous years, Visionary members have nominated their own achievements as well as the activities of others. Competition was strong and the short-listing panel had to work hard to select the final nominees.
Whilst the individual summaries you are about to review are a concise description of the award submissions, be assured that all short-listed nominations clearly demonstrated how they met the individual award criteria and evidenced the positive difference they make to the lives of blind and partially sighted people.
Voting
- Votes can only be cast by Visionary Members and Visionary Partners.
- Each Member and Partner organisation has one single vote in each category.
- You will need to decide who in your organisation is going to place your organisations category votes.
- Then of course you will need to agree where to actually place your organisations votes.
If your organisation has made the short-list then you should quite rightly be proud – so please don’t be shy as of course you can vote for yourself!
All votes must be cast by 12 midday on Thursday 19 November 2020.
