Tech for Good funding programme offers charities grants up to £70k to develop digital services
Comic Relief with Paul Hamlyn Foundation have launched the final round of their 3-year joint UK Tech for Good funding programme this month, January 2021.
UK charities with annual incomes of between £75,000 and £10m are eligible to apply for the funds, which will be available over a nine-month period from June.
The Tech for Good 2021 ‘Build’ programme will enable organisations or partnerships to define, test and develop digital solutions over nine months that meet a social need or challenge. Applications that want to adapt or re-purpose existing technology to increase impact in their service delivery are also actively encouraged.
Applications should address one of the following four core themes:
- a safe place to be;
- fighting for gender justice;
- children survive and thrive;
- global mental health matters.
Applications addressing challenges related to disability outside of the themes specified above are also welcome.
Applications close on 12 February 2021 at 12:00, midday.
