About Jenny Colvin

Jenny’s career initially started in science studying biochemistry at university and working within a hospital’s Endocrinology Department.
A complete career change followed where she joined PwC within the assurance function, auditing clients in a variety of industries. She completed her training to become a Chartered Accountant and transferred to the PwC’s Forensic Services working on fraud-related investigations that included banking, media and government.
Jenny joined Standard Chartered Bank in 2016 and worked on regulatory investigations reviewing cases of possible misconduct. Currently, her role is within Conduct, Financial Crime and Compliance Assurance.

Blind since the age of 11, Martin has worked for TPT’s employment team for the last five years helping blind and partially sighted people achieve their career goals. Before joining TPT he worked in television for channel 4, IMG media and MTV Europe. He also spent time working in the recruitment industry and has seen first-hand how competitive the labour market is. He knows what makes a good and bad candidate for recruiters and what can give people the competitive edge when applying for roles.
