Henshaws has announced a number of leadership changes as the charity prepares for the next stage of its development.
Sally Daniels will step down as Chief Executive in October, remaining with Henshaws until December to support the transition and lead a number of key projects before taking up a new role at a national charity.

The Board of Trustees is pleased to announce that Tom Harte, currently Chief Operating Officer, will become Interim Chief Executive from October. Tom is an established member of the Henshaws Executive Leadership Team and will lead the charity while Trustees undertake a formal recruitment process to appoint the next permanent Chief Executive.
At the same time, Alistair How will step down as Chair of Trustees. He will remain on the Board as a Trustee until December to support the transition. Pete Bulkley, currently Vice Chair, will succeed Alistair as Chair from October, providing continuity of Board leadership during this period.
The changes come as Henshaws builds on the progress made over recent years and looks ahead to the next stage of its development.
