Glaucoma UK’s National Patient Voices Survey

Glaucoma UK is running the UK’s largest-ever survey of people’s experiences of living with glaucoma.
The survey aims to hear from around 10,000 people living with the disease, but the more experiences we gather, the louder and clearer our collective voice will be with policymakers and NHS decision-makers.
We want to make sure patients’ experiences influence not just what we do here at Glaucoma UK, but decisions about care across the UK. it is a chance for everyone with glaucoma to shape the future of glaucoma care in the UK.
If you have glaucoma, or are being monitored for glaucoma, your experience could help shape the future of glaucoma care.
Every response will help make sure patients’ voices are heard and reflected in future services.
