Esme’s Umbrella logo – For everyone working for the greater awareness of Charles Bonnet Syndrome

Judith Potts has been given one of the six, annual Times Sternberg Active Life Awards.

This Award – supported jointly by The Sternberg Foundation and Times Newspapers – ‘celebrates the outstanding contributions of people to their community and to public life, made after their 70th birthday’.

The citation saluted her tireless, unpaid, work to raise awareness of Charles Bonnet Syndrome and to ensure that ‘no child nor adult is left to cope alone with the disturbing visual hallucinations caused by CBS.’

Judith is humbled, astounded and hugely grateful to win this prestigious award – just before her 76th birthday.

Her work will continue!
