The cost of living is a leading cause of stress right now and for many, feels out of our control.

How can we regain control of our worries about money and financial stress?

In this one hour workshop, Bex Spiller (founder of The Anti-Burnout Club) looks at ways we can cope with financial stress, become mindful around money, and take back control.

There will also be time for questions at the end and a downloadable workbook for you to complete either during or after the session.
