LGBTQ+ meet up

Guide Dogs and Sight Scotland, supported by Visionary, are proposing the formation of a quarterly meeting of cross sector LGBTQ+ staff group, open to all LGBTQ+ staff working in sight loss or related organisations.
The aim is to provide a safe space and supportive community of peers. This is open to all staff no matter their role, with a focus on smaller or more regionally focused organisations, particularly those that may not have the means to set up their own group. Meetings will be conducted virtually and confidentially via Zoom.
The agenda will focus on sharing best practice, problem solving, ways or working, advice and support and potentially developing mutually agreed projects.
