Latest Braille Technologies, with Sight and Sound

This session will be led by Stuart Lawler, Sight and Sound Technology’s Head of Digital Content. Stuart is a Braille user and has been blind from birth.

Sight and Sound will be exploring two new and exciting Braille devices in this session:

• The BrailleSense 6 is an Android-based Braille tablet and note taker, perfect for those in education, at work, or at home. It allows access to a wealth of online and offline applications and comes with lots of possibilities for connecting to other technology.
• The Hable One, which has recently joined their portfolio, is a tiny Bluetooth keyboard, that supports full Braille entry on mobile devices and tablets.
