Join the Retina UK team to learn about the different conditions known as Inherited Retinal Dystrophies (IRDs), and find out about the information and support offered by Retina UK, and how we can help you support your service users,
Retina UK are the only UK charity dedicated solely to working for people affected by inherited sight loss. We support people affected by inherited sight loss to lead better lives today, and fund medical research to accelerate the search for treatments for the future. The charity has invested more than £16 million since it was formed in 1976.
During the webinar we will look at a number of conditions including retinitis pigmentosa, Usher syndrome, Stargardt disease and Choroideremia what the symptoms are and how it can affect people. We will also look at the current research, clinical trials and treatment options available.
We will also explore the Services Retina UK offer, such as our Helplines, publications, information events and conferences, webinars and support groups.
