Depending predominantly on a claimant’s age, there are now 3 disability benefits that an adult could be receiving:

  1. Disability Living Allowance;
  2. Personal Independence Payment; or
  3. Attendance Allowance (not to mention the addition of Adult Disability Payment that Social Security Scotland launched in April 2022.)

This session looks at the differences between these benefits, what determines which one can be claimed and the rules around superseding a current award.
