Disability discrimination in goods and services – RNIB legal series

Disabled people are protected from discrimination under the Equality Act 2010. This one-hour session will provide an overview of who is considered disabled under the Act and what constitutes discrimination. We will also look at the most common cases of discrimination experienced by blind and partially sighted people within goods and services and what to do if a service user believes they have been discriminated against because of their disability.
