At BlindAmbition we’re excited to work with organisations who recognise the need to open up to disabled people. We help them realise the value disabled people can contribute. We’ve worked with organisations of all shapes and sizes from smaller businesses and charities, to national governments, and multinational software or social media companies.

We’re inspired to see organisations stepping forward to become more inclusive. The changes can often be small, one client, a major record label, took the simple step of making a reasonable adjustment by offering to interview disabled candidates in an accessible and comfortable environment of their preference. We’ll help you create diverse and inclusive cultural change.
