Join us at the Visionary Annual Conference 2025 at Conference Aston, Birmingham on Wednesday 24 and Thursday 25 September 2025.
The Visionary Annual Conference uniquely enables local, national and international organisations to connect and access learning opportunities. Join us in September for a key event in the sight loss sector calendar, which provides professional and personal development through peer networking, expert speakers and informal learning opportunities for sight loss organisations and professionals.
Booking information
Bookings for the Visionary Annual Conference 2025 are now open. The booking system will be open Monday to Friday, between 10am – 4pm. The booking system will fully close when the conference is fully booked or on midnight Friday 25 July 2025, whichever is sooner.
With thanks to support from our sponsors, we have have been able to keep costs to a minimum. You can book a 2 day package with overnight accommodation and dinner on 24 September 2025, with the option to book additional accommodation on Tuesday 23 September 2025. Alternatively, you can book individual elements of the conference.
Places are limited. Accommodation for the event sold out in less than three hours last year, so we suggest you reserve your place as soon as possible.

Annual Conference 2025: Delegate Prices
- Full Package – 2 Day Event with 1 night B&B and dinner: £320 (Member & Partner) / £355 (Non-Member)
- 24 Hour Rate – 1 Day Conference with 1 night B&B and dinner: £235 (Member & Partner) / £260 (Non-Member)
- 2 Day Conference Delegate Rates: £170 (Members & Partners) / £190 (Non-Member)
- 1 Day Conference Delegate Rates: £95 (Members & Partners) / £110 (Non-Member)
- Annual Awards dinner on Wednesday 24 September: £50 +VAT per person (Members & Partners) / £55 + VAT (Non-Member)

- B&B double/twin room: £135 (Members & Partners) / £145 (Non-Member)
- B&B single room: £125 per night (Members & Partners) / £135 per night (Non- Member)
Important information
Payment is due within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. Conference bookings may be released, if payment has not been received.
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your delegate package, awards dinner place or accommodation, cancellation with no charge is available up to and including Friday 25 July 2025. Please note, refunds will be processed after the conference has taken place.
If you cancel after Saturday 26 July 2025, we are unable to offer a refund unless we can re-sell all elements of your original conference booking.
We will do our very best to change names on bookings, please note we will be unable to change name badges, table plan or reallocate workshop selections after Friday 15 August 2025.
We know that Sighted Guides are essential for some delegates. The only charge made for attendance by Sighted Guides are costs associated to accommodation, meals and refreshments. On the booking form, this is listed as a Sight Guide Catering and Refreshments, for ease of booking. The booking form enables you to confirm information about each Sighted Guide. Please complete their details before adding the next delegate to ensure each Sighted Guide is connected to the correct delegate.
