If you need to contact your GP practice during the day, you can easily get in touch by simply filling out an online form on your GP practice’s website or by using the NHS App.
You can use an online form to let your GP practice know about any symptoms you have, ask a question or follow up about something.
It’s quick, easy, and convenient. You can submit your request anytime between 8am – 6:30pm and avoid the 8am rush.
All requests are secure and confidential and will be reviewed by your practice team. You’ll hear back within 1 working day about next steps to get you the right care for your needs.
Online forms are there for those who would prefer to use them. Whether you contact your GP practice online, by phone, or in person, you’ll get the care you need from the right healthcare professional.
