Sight Loss Advisor

Hours: 25 hours per week
Salary: £17061 per year (for 25 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent
Interview date: Week commencing Monday 1st June 2026
This role will support individuals to improve their skills with assistive technology, to enable them to seek work and carry out job searches, applications and other tasks – supporting people to gain, retain or progress in employment.
The role will also involve working with employers to promote reasonable adjustments and Access to Work and support individuals to build confidence, independence and workplace skills.
We are seeking an empathetic, highly organised and motivated person to join our team, with experience supporting vulnerable or marginalised individuals and knowledge of assistive technology in practice. You will have strong communication skills, the ability to motivate others and a flexible, collaborative approach.
