Beth Brook joined the Vista team in July 2025 on an interim basis, with a specific remit to lead transformative change to ensure the charity is sustainable for the future to deliver greatest impact for people experiencing sight or dual sensory loss in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

Beth is a highly experienced CEO with a 20-year track record of transformational leadership with national and regional charities spanning environment, education, health and social care and training and employment. Growing up in a household with a parent with a disability shaped Beth has a personal understanding of the barriers faced by individuals in accessing opportunities and inclusion. This experience has been a driving force throughout Beth’s career in the charity sector where she has championed equity and inclusion.
